Guests love this home’s scenic location.
This is a one of a kind luxury treehouse that sits 20' in the air just a stone throw from the beautiful Sayersbrook lake on Spring Lake Ranch. The guests will sleep in a loft which has a California king-- you will be able to see the stars above you and the beautiful nature and lake in front of you from your bed. Private hot tub on the lower deck. There are stairs to climb so this is not suitable for small children or anyone who has medical issues with climbing a ladder to the lofted bedroom.

The space
Luxury kitchenette with cooktop, fridge, sink and stocked for your usage with typical kitchen utensils, coffee pot, etc. This treehouse is hand-crafted, its a skillful combination of modern and rustic and features all the amenities of a luxury tiny home. You will have amazing lake views and will be close to hiking trails, horseback riding, and wine tasting at Edg Clif Wineries which is next door to us. Overlooks the lake and camping sites. We have 4 other amazing tree houses available on Spring Lake Ranch if the dates you are looking for are not available please be sure to check out "guests other listings"

Code will be provided to guest upon check-in -- Please check-in at the country store across the road from the lodge. Follow Check-in signs.

*** We strongly recommend purchasing Travelers Insurance as we do not accept last minute cancellation refund requests for any reasons.

Please make sure GUEST COUNT REFLECTS THE ACTUAL GUESTS in the residence so we can prepare for linens and ensure that all residents sign a resort release waiver upon check-in. The listed rate is for 2 guests, extra guests are $35/person/night.

Absolutely NO FIREWORKS allowed. Horses on property.

If you wish to turn off outside lights, the switch is by the hot tub - lower level to the right.

***Maintenance workers periodically check the hot tub, electric panel, etc to maintain the property as necessary and to inspect for damage and needed repairs.
