Our compact yet fully-equipped kitchen is thoughtfully designed to meet all your culinary needs and has space for your groceries, so you can easily stock up and make yourself at home. The dining area comfortably accommodates up to 4 people and features beautiful dinnerware, setting the stage for delightful meals.

We understand the importance of a reliable internet connection, especially for those who work remotely. That's why we've opted for high-speed fiber optic internet to keep you connected. The dedicated desk ensures productivity and comfort.

The bathroom was recently remodeled and is stocked with all the necessities.

The main bedroom features the Queen-sized bed, blackout curtains, an inverter A/C, a ceiling fan, and a spacious closet to accommodate all your belongings.

In cases of outages, the apartment is equipped with water and power backup (except ACs).

Our property is located just 2 blocks or a 4-minute walk away from the beach. Nearby are
a supermarket carrying everything necessary, a specialized butcher with a range of high-end products and cuts, as well as Barbosa Park with a running track, basketball court, baseball field, and various group/private classes held there.

For those seeking a taste of local flavor, a short 15-minute walk will lead you to the thriving hub of Loiza street. This trendy hotspot has an array of restaurants and bars, charming coffee shops, and boutique stores.
