This is not really a “Entire Place'. I put my listing on 'entire place', because hotels offer you a 'private bedroom+private bathroom' and call this a 'entire place'. I don't want to miss the group of people who are just looking for a private bathroom.

2) About this building
-9min walk from BTS/MRT "Asoke"
-Quiet area in the middle of city
-you need to clear your own massy
-Every bedroom has air-conditioner, door lock & keys
- We do not offer a swimming pool! There is a swimming pool, but it is old, a bit dirty sometimes and it has broken tile with a sharp edge. You can use it on YOUR OWN RISK, but don’t complain afterwards! :)
3) Why we need 5 stars:
-Airbnb punishes us very badly if we get lower than 4.8 stars on average in any of the categories.
We try to inform you about all the bad things about us as good as we can. If you still would like to stay with us and, please give us 5 starts when you give the rating. Or don’t rate and let us know your criticism in a private massage. We will try our best to improve.
-We believe that we offer a place that is worth its money. We hope that we can continue to make a lot of people happy with a cheap place in a fantastic location.

5) Self-check-in
- Please click on the “direction” after you finished the booking, you will find the "Self-Check-In" there
- 100% of people who READ all the "Self-Check-In" process are able to check in with no problems
- if you have question about the "Self-Check-In", you need to ask before you start to travel, because I might be off-line in the minute you get to the place
- After 8pm and before 8am: If you don’t want to read, and you prefer "maid check in service" just wake her up and please pay cash direct to her 500THB for the check in service.
- Between 8am to 8 pm maid help Self-check-in service 100 THB.
6) Check in early possibility?
-CHECK IN: after 14:00h
(you can’t check in to the bedroom and the room will not ready before time)
-EARLY ARRIVAL
If you can find the maid, she can let you in the common area.
or keep your bag and put it in to your bedroom this will cost you Maid service 100THB
She should start to be around for cleaning in the house from 11am
For 8-10am: if you go knock her door, you will need to pay 200 THB for overtime service
8pm-8am: she will sleep. If you need to wake her up it will cost at least 500 THB.
Your check-in time to your bedroom is after 2pm
***Not allow you to take the key direct from the check out costumer.
Everyone need to return the keys to ‘Check out Key Box’ only.
If you take direct, Maid will though that old costumer didn’t check out
Maid will do her job : Remove your belongings out of the bedroom and lock the room in the way that only bedroom key can’t get in to the bedroom.
And You will get 3000 THB fee
7) Check out late no possibility?
-Check out from the bedroom after 11am is forbidden.
-After check out from your bedroom you can stay in the common area until 6pm maximum and without the keys. This means that after you leave the house you can’t come back again.
8) BAG STORAGE service near by
-We don’t offer a bag storage service. (We are not a hotel)
-Asoke train station have bag storage service (around 10 min walk from here)
-please search: Lock Box (Terminal 21 - MRT Asoke) for more detail
9) FORBIDDEN FEE (Penalty/Fine/Fee for breaking the rules)
-If you do any of the forbidden things, we will need take your belongings out & you will have to pay a fine of 5000THB or more.

12) Cleaning fee
-If you want to have extra cleaning, new towels & bed sheets during your stay you need to pay the cleaning fee 300 THB to the maid directly all for her.
13) Wi-Fi
-Good Wi-Fi every bedroom
-We have package of 30/10 Mbps from True company
-In Thailand Wi-Fi is fast enough but no support stable
14) For the extra mattress booking (this mean if you want to book for the 3rd and 4th person). It’s need to book before 10am of the check in date, if not early enough for maid to prepare the extra mattress + all the extra setting for the extra persons. You will need to stay in the room for 1 night of what we normal have for you. And the next day maid will give extra set to you)
