  • I really enjoyed staying here! First of all, the location is very good- it's next to a bunch of cool restaurants and shops, but it's not noisy at night. The apartment itself is great, too. The bed is very comfy. The kitchen is a bit small, but it's well-equiped and there's a stove, so I was able to cook for myself. There's also a microwave for warming up leftovers. Also, Thaya provided breakfast- milk, orange juice, cereal and yogurt- which was very nice of her. Overall, a great experience!

  • I loved staying here. As others have mentioned: Thaya is a wonderful host, the neighborhood is great, the mattress is very comfy, the bathtub great for a soak, the space cheerful and there is a even a great table for working. Everything you need and nothing that you don't. Thanks for a great stay!

  • Thaya's place is really lovely. She gives you keys and provides food and there's a nice closet space and little table and chair. My only note would be, if you plan on bringing take-home food with you, know that there's no oven or microwave, only the stove to warm things up on.

  • Thaya's place is in a great location, near subways and eateries. It is quiet at night and I slept well. She keeps the place super clean which I really appreciated. If you're looking to stay in this area, Thaya's place is a nice airbnb!

  • I stayed with Thaya for almost three weeks during a research/study trip to NYC and was very satisfied and happy with my stay. First of all, Thaya was open to tailoring my dates according to somewhat tricky needs, which I very much appreciated, and she was very welcoming and helpful whenever I had any questions. Furthermore, the place was clean, had all needed amenities and its location in my most favorite East Village certainly made my stay in NYC even more pleasant. With access to wifi, I could work some extra in the evenings, which was perfect for me. Her small but useful kitchen area made possible cooking e.g. pasta, when my budget didn't allow dinner out. I very much recommend Thaya as an impeccably professional, caring and flexible host and her apartment as the perfect place for a semi-longer stay for a single person in NYC!

  • I spent two weeks in New York and Thaya's place was the best choice! The bed is incredibly comfortable, the house is very clean and very close to the subway.
I racommend Thaya's place! She makes you feel at home!

  • Thaya was great and very friendly and easy to work with from beginning to end. If you are looking for a convenient location to stay this is a great place but you're also going to have Thaya who who is there to make your stay even better. Don't hesitate and have confidence that all will go well if you choose to stay at this location. A+!
