- An extra key is available at an extra cost of €10. A security deposit will be required for this key.
- In case of loss of key, replacement fees can range from €40 to €80 depending on the type of key lost.
- Doors and windows must be locked before you check out, and the key returned to the lockbox.
- No pets allowed unless by prior arrangement.
- We ask that you respect the quiet hours between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. If this rule is not respected, a fee equivalent to the security deposit may be charged.
- Parties and events are strictly prohibited to ensure calm and respect for the neighborhood.
