Custom built tiny house perfect for romantic getaways, out of town relatives visiting family, and vacations! The house is located right off Highway 36, and is only 25 miles from College Station, 10 miles from Lake Somerville, and 35 miles from Round Top.

Plenty of room to park your boat after a day of fishing or relaxing at Lake Somerville.

This is a Tiny House, but we remain Dog Friendly. Our Per Dog fee is $50 per stay.

The space
The tiny house has a comfortable queen size bed, a spacious shower and bathroom with a regular sized sink and toilet, and a nice kitchen area. The home has a smart TV mounted on the wall in the living area that can be connected to your smartphone's hotspot to watch Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime Video, etc.
