Perfect for two couples or a small family, "Grateful for Shore" is nestled among sand live oaks in the neighborhood locals fondly refer to as "Beach 87". The west end beaches have a family-friendly laid-back vibe, with sugar white sands and emerald waters that earned the title, "World's Most Beautiful Beaches", just a six minute walk away via public beach access #87. The space
This is our beloved beach house and our only Airbnb. We want you to have an excellent stay. You can rest assured the house is cleaned thoroughly between guests with loving care.

The cozy, single-family house has two bedrooms, each with private bathroom, open concept living/dining room, sofa bed, full kitchen and washer/dryer. Fully fenced backyard.

Pack light because we supply beach essentials: towels, cart, chairs, toys. We also provide fresh clean linens, plenty of bath towels and starting supplies of toiletries, paper goods, dish/laundry detergents, coffee and tea.

MASTER BEDROOM: queen bed, dresser, nightstands, closet, Roku TV, bathroom
GUEST BEDROOM: queen bed, nightstands, closet, mud room bench, bathroom
LIVING ROOM: queen sleeper sofa, two easy chairs, reading nook with recliner, small desk, TV with HD network channels (antenna) and Roku TV
DINING: The table seats six comfortably
ENTERTAINMENT: child and adult books, board games, puzzles
WIFI/INTERNET: Xfinity (300 Mbps).
KITCHEN: Well-stocked with electric appliances: toaster, Keurig coffee maker, drip coffee maker, french press, coffee grinder, electric kettle, blender, hand-mixer, popcorn maker, crock pot, plastic dishes for the kiddos.
OUTDOOR: Front porch and back patio with propane grill, outdoor shower, fully fenced backyard.

We do not subscribe to "resort cleaning". The house is cleaned thoroughly between guests.
* bath towels are washed and sanitized;
* we wash ALL of the bed linens including the sheets, mattress pads, blankets, and comforters after every guest departure;
*tubs/showers and bathrooms are cleaned and sanitized;
*we provide at least a 24-hour vacancy buffer between guests. This buffer allows extra time to thoroughly clean and disinfect the space, but means that early check-in is usually not available.

Guests have the entire house and property to themselves. This is a private single-family home in a residential neighborhood with full-time and seasonal residents. There is parking for two cars on the driveway.

I've lived in Florida for most of my life and in the Panama City Beach area since 1996. I'm a dedicated wife, boy mom, and dog mom and was once an aspiring marine biologist and sailor (I hope to get back to those things one day). I simply love to be outdoors observing and exploring all the wonders of nature. "Grateful for Shore" is our beloved beach house and we're happy to share it with respectful guests.
