Hi Bennie, im surprised by this 1 star review, which is an outlier unlike so many of our other happy guests. We did make it clear to you that if you had any concerns to contact us, and you had the opportunity to review our terms and conditions beforehand, and were not charged any extras, additonal cleaning charges are only reasonably charged if you leave the apartment in a mess, eg a party, where housekeeping has to spend a lot more time and work cleaning up (and we have to run around organising extra services like carpet cleaning,repairing damage etc to ensure the apartment is in the best possible condition for the next guests). A late check in fee (which was not charged to you), only applies after hours as other people have to come after hours (some come 10pm, and one has come in at 2.30am..), specifically to meet and check you in person with the keys, and orient you around the resort. Your only communication with us during your stay was to request beach towels, and when we said we only provide bath towels (and this is very clear on our listing), you took offense at this. We also gave you a very good Commonwealth Games time price which is less than half the price some other operators charged for the same time period. If you had any concerns and reported to us as per the agreed process, then we could have helped you further. Re "commercial", one of the benefits of doing things with systems in place, is that all linen is brought in for each stay (like a hotel), having been commercially laundered to commercial hotel standards not just washed and dried between guests, and I have people on hand (including myself) to help you, but if you dont contact us re a concern, its a bit hard to help. We provided an initial welcome pack of amenities including dishwashing liquid sponges etc, with it being clear that additional supplies can be purchased from the supermarket right downstairs, and double amenities, double shampoos, soaps, toilet paper etc, for each bathroom.. Fold out beds have been put inside the wardrobes and are for extra guests you may have had, we even made up the beds to your exact specifications. Re Kitchen utensils, we will review these, and check the microwave (and replace if needed). Carpark is on the 3rd level (P4), and is conveniently right next to the lifts.. and is a dedicated private space for you.. Not sure what you were expecting, but i guess you cant please everyone all the time, and a lot of other people have really enjoyed this apartment as per the reviews of the apartment. Can i request that you kindly contact your future host/s if you have any concerns, so that they may be able to help you and to also check the practice in the local area, eg are beach towels generally provided.
