The space
On the 3 acres, you will have plenty of space and privacy. Besides exploring nature and springs, you can enjoy a fire pit and relax on the screened porch with a grill. House has a WiFi and Netflix, board games and adventurous books.

Open floor plan of a new fully equipped kitchen (full-size refrigerator with freezer, double burner electric cooktop, a large toaster oven, a coffee maker and a microwave). Cozy living room and dining area invite for socializing and entertaining. Wifi and TV are available for your convenience as well as some books and games for relaxing and fun evenings.

The main bedroom features a comfortable queen-size bed and a large walk-in shower in the bathroom.
The other bedroom has two twin size beds for your comfort. The second bathroom is smaller and has a smaller walk-in shower as well.

House has a screened covered porch in the back and wooden deck in front. You can relax by the firepit and enjoy the sunset.

House is located about a 5-minute drive from downtown High Springs, however the location of the house is considered to be in the country - so it gets dark here (we have outdoor lighting), you may experience nocturnal animals as well as deer, turkey, squirrels, etc.
