Brand new apartment, set in the heart of Qurum Muscat area, with minimum walk distance to restaurants and cafes, a laundry shop and other stores are 3 minutes by Car to Qurum Commercial center, and 5 minutes to Qurum Beach.
All furniture are new , and all other amenities are available in the unit, Electric cooker induction , Microwave, coffee maker, Nespresso, Toaster , Electric kettle,Fridge, washing machine, iron and iron board , hair dryer,cooking ranges and cutlery set are available.

The place is quiet place and very clean, near everything you would want.
The apartment is centrally located in downtown Muscat city in Qurum, it is perfect place for 2 couple or family of 4 or 5 requiring a short term holiday rental. It is also ideal for short term corporate rental or even for extended family members or friends visiting you in Muscat. Ras Al Hamra Golf club is 5 minutes drive away. or 1.5 km (1 mile) walk.
The apartment is fully equip self catering, with basic amenities such as bedding, fully furnished kitchen, Smart Tv, Satellite etc. A free parking is available at the facilities.
QCC Qurum Commercial center shopping mall, which include western product supermarket Alfair is 10 minutes walk , Sabco and Al Araimy malls are 5 minutes drive, Qurum City center which has many shops and Cerrefour if 10 minutes drive away.
Royal Opera House is 2 km drive away.
There a lot of restaurants nearby and all within 3 to 5 minute walk away. Copper Restaurant which serves western breakfast, lunch and dinner is 3 minutes walk away, For Indian cuisine lovers, Razmazaam restaurant serves the best Indian food in town, Coffee lovers, there are Arabic cafe is nearby, Chez Susi, Germany Doner Kebab, Italian Barista Cafe, and Domino Pizza are all 3 minuets walk from the apartment building. It is centrally area of the city, all the 5 stars hotels are in proximity, high end shopping and local shops, Golf course beach , national part with hose ride and Camel ride , Fun zone (for Kids) Qurum City Center are all located in this area. Majority of western expat community live in this area (Qurum) and most major oil & Gas companies are also located in this part of the city. Post office is 5 minutes walk.
This Area is very safe (like the majority of area in Muscat) and it regarded as one of the most high class in Muscat area.
Very quiet place, new building around.
Restaurants and cafe a minute walk, PDO Golf club is just 5 minutes drive, commercial center 5 minutes drive, Qurum Beach 5 minutes drive, Opera house 10 minutes drive and famous Muttrah Market (Souk) 15 minutes drive
