Eugene is a great place. I'm not one to brag, but for a town this size, we kinda got it going on! I'm more than happy to provide you with maps and recommendations, and can quite easily be talked into a hike.
Nearby bike paths and bus routes provide easy access to UO and other points of interest. Enterprise rent-a-car is just a few blocks away, as are several places to rent bicycles, for spontaneous adventures requiring wheels.

Trish and her ridgeback Laney, were truly a pleasure to spend time with when I wasn't busy house hunting in Eugene! Her bungalow is the most uncluttered and spotless house I've come across here at Air B&B,
and the location was within a lovely walking distance of micro brews, coffee houses, lush parks and more.
Trish had an extra bike and was kind enough to show me around town and turn me on to Beer Stein....I couldn't have asked for a better host than in Trish and of course sweet Laney!
Awesome find at this downtown bungalow most definitely & I'll revisit it.
Trish was a fantastic host! Using the bungalow as a home base for the Eugene marathon was very relaxing and fun. We enjoyed all of Trish's great food and trail suggestions as well as her friendly conversation. She even put up with our ice baths and early morning pre-race ritual. Great trip.
My partner and I had a great time at the bungalow. Trish was really lovely and welcoming. Her home is very clean and tidy. I loved the bright colours. The bed was super comfy. She left a great list of recommended places to go and was happy to give tips on things to do. My only regret is that I didn't have enough time to explore them all! Her dog Lainey is extremely cute and gentle. I wish she had not been so shy as I could have given her cuddles all day! Trish is a very lovely person. We enjoyed chatting with her when she was around and would definitely stay there again.
Trish was very welcoming, gave great directions ahead of time and was just a really nice person. Love that she has a map with pins that show where all the folks who have stayed with her are from. And a bonus was Laney, her dog!
Trish is our absolute favorite Airbnb host. Granted, she's the only one we've stayed with, but that's only because she's the best! Even before we arrived she was great at communicating and coordinating around our arrival. The home is always spotless and very home-y feeling. We never wanted for anything (besides to stay longer). Her printed and given advice on what to do and where to go were spot on, and much appreciated. If this is your first time visiting Eugene, Trish will have so many great tips. If not, you'll be able to appreciate what a great location her house is. Almost as important to why we love staying with Trish is the neighborhood. She lives across the street from a lovely neighborhood park, and a few blocks away from so many great places, we are never at a loss for places to go.
Trish was such a warm host, greeting me with Bob's Red Mill oatmeal in the morning and leaving me maps of her favorite local places. Her house is pristine and in a great location, walking distance to Sweet Life Patisserie, Ninkasi and other great outings. Lovely neighborhood of vintage bungalow homes. Highly recommend!
Trish's place was perfect for our short stay in Eugene. Quiet, comfortable, conveniently located to our friends. We especially enjoyed the guest appearance by laney!

About the Host, Trish
I am active, outdoorsy, eco-friendly and vegetarian, and my dog Laney is calm, quiet, well-mannered, sporty and eminently loveable (if I do say so myself). We enjoy hiking, sunshine, naps, meeting new people, and snacking on delicious food items - though Laney's idea of what constitutes a delicious food item is of far broader scope. In addition, I am fond of rock climbing, yoga and cycling, and Laney is passionate about dismantling squeaky toys and chasing woodland creatures.
