Peace and tranquility, with access to many great activities.
Relax and have fun while you visit.
Excellent accommodations with a caring, attentive host. I only got to chat with a little bit with Jason before he headed out for work, but I could tell he values his guests and does what he can to ensure a comfortable stay for them. The house is spacious, better in-person than the pictures, and the neighborhood is perfect for a peaceful getaway. In case you're interested in going skiing at Mohawk Mountain like I was, he can help answer any questions you have. All in all an excellent experience!
Jason was a wonderful host during my short stay with him. He and Jessica were very welcoming and thoughtful about my needs and comforts. The room is simple yet very comfortable, and their neighborhood is quiet. Its a sweet New England town with lots of hiking trails - which delicious quietude and darkness at night. Jason was very friendly and engaging, while also giving me space to rest and relax. Thank you!
Jason was lovely! We had a wonderful stay at his quiet beautiful little house. He made us feel so welcome it was like we were staying with an old friend. We found the house to be just as described and felt cared for completely. We enjoyed the hiking trails that were just across the road in a beautiful forest area. We were treated to Jason's now legendary home roasted and carefully brewed coffee! What a pleasure this stay was! We would and will recommend this bnb to friends.
Very warm hospitable host! I liked the omelet and coffee & tea in the morning. The bed is also has a very comfortable mattress!
We were lucky to have found Jason's place since we were attending a wedding less than two miles away. He was a very easygoing guest, giving us plenty of notice that he would be away, was responsive to my questions, and was kind enough to let me do a small load of laundry! His place is indeed a quiet country home in a beautiful part of Connecticut. We only wish we had more time to explore.
We had a delightful stay these past couple of days. Great location and Jason was the perfect host - caring and fun to chat with. Simple but nice accommodations. But the real treat, if you are a coffee lover, is to have Jason roast fresh beans and make your special brew in the morning. He is a master extraordinaire! The Litchfield area is wonderful for a get away, and if you are into nature, has many hiking trails. My wife and I would definitely recommend. Two Thumb Up, Way Up!
We had a good overnight stay at Jason's place well located in the Connecticut woods. Lots of room with a great kitchen, the hot shower after our late arrival via bicycles was a big plus. A splendid short visit with good help from Jason.
