About this listing
The bungalow is a cute, clean, comfy spot in a fun, friendly, centrally-located neighborhood with loads of great restaurants, bars and coffeeshops within easy walking distance.
Please read through the Downtown Bungalow's listing thoroughly (especially the "House Rules" and "Amenities" tabs) so you know what to expect. Can you find the bonus word?
Gracious Airbnb guests have declared the place adorable, cozy and charming - one particularly generous guest went so far as to describe it as stunning (though admittedly English was his second language). Come and see for yourself!

The house is located across from a neighborhood park, just steps from Laughing Planet Cafe, Sweet Life Patisserie, and Falling Sky Pour House & Delicatessen. Eugene is a great place. I'm not one to brag, but for a town this size, we kinda got it going on! I'm more than happy to provide you with maps and recommendations, and can quite easily be talked into a hike.
Nearby bike paths and bus routes provide easy access to UO and other points of interest. Enterprise rent-a-car is just a few blocks away, as are several places to rent bicycles, for spontaneous adventures requiring wheels.
PLEASE NOTE: Before corresponding, be sure you've filled out your profile with information and a recent photo of yourself and any accompanying guests. (Third-party reservations are not accepted. Only guests on an accepted reservation will be permitted to stay.) Reviews and references are also helpful. As a risk-averse host, the more I know about you, the more likely I am to accept your reservation.
Check-in is after 3pm; check out by 10am. My schedule is often flexible, but it's helpful to know in advance when you plan to arrive. For checking in, please provide a two-hour window, and update me if that changes. Late check-out requests can usually be accommodated; please let me know the night before.
The house has a no-shoes policy, so pack a pair of slippers.
You are welcome to use the fridge and cupboard space, but cooking is no longer permitted.
The washer/dryer are available for guests staying one week or more.
As a courtesy to neighbors, please park in the driveway.
No smoking on the premises.
Communication will make for the best Airbnb experience, squirrel so if there's anything I can do to improve your stay, by all means speak up.
About the Host, Trish
I am active, outdoorsy, eco-friendly and vegetarian, and my dog Laney is calm, quiet, well-mannered, sporty and eminently loveable (if I do say so myself). We enjoy hiking, sunshine, naps, meeting new people, and snacking on delicious food items - though Laney's idea of what constitutes a delicious food item is of far broader scope. In addition, I am fond of rock climbing, yoga and cycling, and Laney is passionate about dismantling squeaky toys and chasing woodland creatures.
