I love my place, and i hope you guys enjoy it and make it your own while you're here. My only hopes are that you don't smoke inside, and that you leave it as you found it. Eat whatever you find! Drink whatever's in sight! Use the spices and the coconut oil, just wash your dishes please, and thats about it!
Our stay at Amer´s place was amazing. The place itself has a unique charme and it´s really well located. Everything was as described.
We had the chance to meet Amber when we checked out and she was awesome. Highly recommended!
We had a great time at Amber's place! Super eclectic and cozy despite it's large size.
About a 40 minute walk from down town we were happy to have the time to look around at stuff on the casual stroll. We wanted a real neighbourhood experience and we got exactly that!
Amber was easy to communicate with and very thorough with a few house instructions and a lot of information about the city.. She even left us a couple beers upon arrival which was lovely and very appreciated :)
We thoroughly enjoyed out stay and would certainly recommend it!!
We had a lovely stay in this apartment. The location was great, walking distance from everywhere we wished to go for our trip. The apartment was warm during this cold time of year, and was well equipped with coffees and teas. Our host left us the keys as well as info about the neighbourhood. Would recommend
Amber was an excellent host with a super cute and spacious apartment! It's located very close to Mont-Royal street, which has just about all the nice cafés, restaurants and shops you could ask for!
Amber was super good with communicating and left a hand-drawn map as well as other info sheets for me and my friend! Extra space heaters were left as well but even us Floridians didn't need them: her apartment holds in heat very well!
I loved everything about my retreat at La p'tite belle. It was cozy and super cute. It was a perfect home away from home. Thank you so much for all the attention you put towards making me feel welcome. The best!
Amber's apartment is everything it was promised to be and more! It is more than a gem, it is whimsical, welcoming, and just all around wonderful. I cannot recommend choosing this gorgeous 'lil place as your temporary home during your next trip to Montreal enough! And heck, it's not even little, it's tremendously spacious, bright, and open thanks to Amber's creative use of space, and as far as I am concerned, impeccable style and taste!
It's just a fantastic, comfortable, and functional space with a location that can't be beat. Amber is a great communicator who left no need untended despite being far away on an adventure of her own. She left us everything we needed, and the clearest and most cordial of of instructions for the few tasks we tended to in her absence before we headed back home. Just a great experience all around :)
About the Host, Amber
Born by the sea, I'm compelled to leave my montreal home twice a year to return to the shore and while I'm gone you should enjoy my apartment!
I am a lover of all things green and growing, of home cooked food and red wine, of biking and camping. My home is a colorful expression of my love of the freshness of the outdoors, and during the summer months feels like a sheltered forest haven, with herbs on the balcony and houseplants populating each windowsill.
I work from home and enjoy my peaceful corner of montreal, with my friendly neighbours and nearby park Lafontaine. It's a beautiful place to be, and I'm still happy here after 10 years. Montreal is a joy!
