No store, and no ponies! Just a nickname for this 1900 home that we have lovingly restored. It is spacious, comfortable, and full of light and whimsy. This is a perfect space for a group getaway or a relaxing couples weekend.

The space
Our home is located in the heart of Walker’s Point. This area has recently undergone a renaissance, and is full of great restaurants, breweries, distilleries, wedding venues, and more.

Our home is four bedrooms (one is very small) and two full bathrooms. It has recently been restored and rehabbed to reflect modern tastes, while retaining the original wood floors and detail. This house has been our passion project, and we can’t wait to share it with you!

Our kitchen is fully appointed and brand spanking new. We have plenty of cookware and dishwater for 12, a dishwasher, range, island, and large refrigerator. Our dining room comfortably seats 8, though you can bring in a bench for extra seating. Party!

Three bedrooms are located upstairs. Two are queen beds, and one small room has a bunk bed situation. The bathroom upstairs is huge and has a double vanity for getting ready before a night on the town!

Downstairs is one bedroom off the dining room. There is also a full bathroom on the first floor. There’s a beer holder in that shower because...this is Wisconsin.

In the summertime, we have a small backyard with a grill. The pedal tavern route goes right by our party palace too. FUN!

We have central air and a high efficiency furnace. Make yourselves comfortable by adjusting the Nest.

Something to note. We have a Nest doorbell and a Nest camera in the back. These are simply for safety and to prevent huge parties (cuz that’s happened before.) We’re not spying on you! Swear!

Guest access
Guests can access the entire home except the basement. Laundry is upstairs and convenient for guest use.

Other things to note
You can park in the gravel lot behind our home. Parking is a rarity in this neighborhood, so use it!
