And 5 minutes walk to the Museum of Contemporary Art - Museu do Chiado, the emblematic “Brasileira” Café and the famous “Bairro Alto” - known for its unique nightlife and a huge variety of restaurants, cafes, bars, or even clothes, CDs and book stores.
If on the one hand, Sant’Ana House offers all the amenities to make you feel at home - cable TV, wifi and a laptop - on the other hand is strategically located near train stations, subway (green and blue line) and buses.
Ideal to explore Lisbon – starting from the heart, with easy access to the magic of Sintra (World Heritage) and the beaches on the Lisbon Coast.

Communication with Claudia was really easy, she was a very patient and caring host. She always responded to my emails within minutes.
She left us some maps and very good tourist info. Her explantion on how to get to the apartment was very good. Be aware of taxi drivers cause they over charge!! Nearby are two wonderful restaunts to eat fish and a very small market to buy basics.
The location was good it is near Rossio many busses and trams stop there, 15/20 minute by foot to plt de Comerço and it is also near bairro alto and baixa, great places to go out.
The only down side could be that it was a bit cold, apartments in Lisbon dont have a heating system... Blankets were warm though...
Thank you for everything!
I spent 2 lovely weeks in Claudia´s apartment. Perfect localization, great view, nice neighborhood, good energy and everything i needed to have a perfect trip.
Claudia is a very nice person and completely available to help.
I had a great time in Lisbon and I can´t hardly wait to comeback!
What to say about Claudia and her lovely apartment! It became a home away from home for two memorable months. The location is perfect. In two minutes you can walk down to the heart of Lisbon, but at the same time it is a tranquil escape from the hustle and bustle. The are many stores and great restaurants all around--if you are missing an ingredient or bottle of wine, it is only 30 seconds away. Being in Lisbon with kids (one being a baby in a stroller) we were concerned about rolling through narrow streets and up hills, but we found it to be no trouble at all in the end. Just like the photos, the apartment is modern, beautifully done and very charming. But the finest feature that made us thankful everyday was the outstanding postcard view from the living room window. The area is safe and neighbours are friendly and helpful.
As for our dear hostess, Claudia--she was always attentive and helpful. Aside from making our stay comfortable and enjoyable, she was great with correspondence both long distance and while there.
For anyone who would like an authentic and contemporary experience in Lisbon, this is the place. We hope to come back again!
I spent several weeks in Claudia’s apartment. I felt very comfortable : everything I needed was there, the view from the living room is amazing, the neighbourhood is nice and quiet, the situation in the city is perfect because I could walk to every interesting spot I wanted… Claudia was very nice and helpful. She paid attention that my stay at her place went well and indeed I had a great time there.
I recommend her as guest and of course encourage everyone visiting Lisbon to spent some days at her place!
I stayed at Claudia´s apartment with my family in October and it was a great experience. Claudia was there when we arrived, gave us all the orientations about the flat and also very good tips. She was very friendly, helpful and patient. The flat is very cozy, well located, close to city center and mainly square. The access to the flat can be a bit tiresome if you don´t like steps, once the flat is in a hill and the fastest way to arrive there is by a stairway, which is very common in Lisbon. I highly recommend her flat!
