Brian's place was wonderful and relaxing. It was also very tidy. We found that it was centrally located for the activities we enjoyed. Both Brian and his wife had great suggestions on local points of interest. Those native to the area were very kind and friendly. Restaurants and pubs close. Neighborhood was tranquil and quiet. We would gladly stay at Brian's place again. Great hosts!!

Great views, excellent location and excellent host. We needed to stay longer than 3 nights to really experience this area. Brian, the host was helpful and went above and beyond what I expect from a host. The house was perfect for my family of 2 adults and 2 teenagers.

Brian is an above and beyond host, we travelled to Ireland without a car and he not only offered to pick us up from the train station but he offered to help us get around when he could. He provided us with lots of useful information and resources to make sure we were able to have a great time during our stay. The small house was great, it was comfortable and homey and had a great view of the property. Brian provided us with eggs, bread, and milk which was appreciated. We also fell in love with the resident dog, Puff, who was just darling. We had such a great time at his place we're already planning on coming back!

Lovely cottage, with all the basics needed to accommodate us. We were two adults and a dog, and the cottage was more than adequate for all of us to have a comfortable weekend away - Brian was a lovely host and the house was not far at all from Barna village.

Myself and my two sons had a wonderful time at Brian's cottage! We couldn't have asked for a better host. The cottage was very comfortable and Brian even took us to town several times. In addition, Brian helped us with our search for family names. I would highly recommend staying at this wonderful location with a most gracious host!

Living in the west of Ireland, blessed by good health, fair weather, gorgeous views of Galway Bay the Burren and the Aran Islands on the horizon, I am a lucky so and so. Glad to share the wonderful Connemara scenery with visitors to my house.
