Casa Chinchimbacal, is a beautiful space with a contemporary touch, designed to have a comfortable and very quiet stay, located in the "Historic Center" of the city just a few blocks from restaurants, squares, galleries, cafes, museums , markets and more.
The house is located between the neighborhoods of San Juan, San Sebastián and La Ermita de Santa Isabel, just two blocks away from the Bus Terminal (ADO), in a quiet and very safe neighborhood.

The space
The house has a unique and different style, with high ceilings, pasta floors and large spaces. It is equipped with everything necessary to have a pleasant and wonderful stay.

Located on the first floor, is a Master Suite with king size bed and
a private bathroom with a small pool.

Located on the second level, is a Master Suite with king size bed, work area and a private bathroom with tub.

Room 3:
It is the studio of the house and it has a sofa bed that can be arranged and converted into a bedroom.

The entire house is only for guests, therefore there will be no other person who enters it, only the pool maintenance people, but this will only be once a week (for stays longer than 7 days). And any other service will be notified in advance.

The house is located in a very quiet and safe residential area with a friendly neighborhood, only two streets away is the Bus Terminal (TAME), where you can find transportation to travel to Pto. Progreso, Chichen Itza, Tulum , Playa del Carmen, Izamal among others, and is also surrounded by convenience stores, coffee shops, markets and more.
The Plaza Grande where the Cathedral is located is just a few blocks from the house, about 15 minutes walking.
