Enjoy mesmerising views of sparkling Port Phillip Bay spanning from Portsea to Melbourne's CBD. Bella Vista is the ideal base to explore Mornington Peninsula's beaches, wineries, restaurants, shopping, fishing, health spas, golf clubs and hiking tracks. Its great for extended families or family friends sharing holidays or as a couples retreat.

The highlight of this spacious and well appointed home is the panoramic views and the balcony which is perfect for alfresco dining and dreamy sunsets.

The space
Bella Vista is a warm and welcoming property where you can create fond memories with family and friends.

The view is simply spectacular and ever changing with the array of boats, yachts, cargo ships and even the occasional pod of dolphins passing by.

There are three large living areas and an extensive balcony with panoramic views. The large open spaces along with ample accomodation makes Bella Vista perfect for extended families or two families wanting to spend quality time together.

It's also a great home base for couples who want to explore the surrounding beaches, water activities, wineries, breweries, weekend produce markets, restaurants, cafe's, golf courses, hikes and health spas.
Arthurs seat Gondola, Enchanted Adventure garden maze and zip line and fishing, boating, kayaking and horse riding activities are all close by.

The modern open living kitchen / family room has a gagganau stove top, microwave, fridge/ freezer and coffee machine.

There is a webber Q on the balcony for scenic BBQ's.

The adults lounge has a piano, resting couches & space for yoga.

The downstairs retreat has games, TV, table tennis, double sofa bed, ensuite and separate patio with view .

The four bedrooms comprise of a master bedroom (bay views, ensuite), a further 2 x queen rooms (garden views), bunk room (garden view with single top, double below). A further double sofa bed is downstairs in the game room with its own bathroom.

The garage has extra fridge and freezer and can store a small boat, boards, bikes & golf clubs.

Laundry (washer, dryer, ironing board, iron).
Linen and towels are provided.

The back and front yard give children great spaces to play complete with a putting hole for mini golf in the lawn.

Check in with Martha Cove for short term marine berths availability. The Mornington Peninsula's array of Wineries, Golf Courses and tourist attractions are a short drive away. Nature walks, weekend markets, Mornington Racecourse and delicious provisions, restaurants, cafe's and coffee shops are all close by. Local activities are available for adults and kids at The Briars in Mount Martha, there are summer tennis camps for children and Yoga on the beach at Mt Martha and safety beach is a great way to start the day.
