The house was just like we imagined after reading the listing. Frank was very hospitable and got in touch with us ahead of time to make sure we had no problems finding the place. He also talked us through the space over the phone when we arrived to make sure we could operate the stove and the shower easily. It was a wonderful, peaceful wooded cabin, in a quiet town. We were very happy with the place, the cleanliness and the amenities. The deck attached to the house was great for stargazing. Frank sent us a list of places to check out. The ones we did go to were great. Worthy Burger is a local gem.
Frank was so welcoming and understanding. He could not have been more polite and accommodating. He was very sincere in wanting to help make sure we had an enjoyable time while visiting and we did! We picked blackberries on property for breakfast and came home to amazing views in the evening. We love the area, Worthy Burgers, and look forward to returning. Thank you Frank !
We had a lovely evening at Frank's cabin. We had just gotten married the day before in central Vermont and we wanted a place to unwind before heading back to Massachusetts. We found South Royalton to be quaint (LOVED Worthy Burger down the road) and the cabin to be charming and a perfect hideaway.
We were greeted with a grill ready to go and a cozy, comfortable get-away during a mostly rainy weekend. Thank you!
Frank was awesome and so was the cabin, It was a great escape from city life and had everything you needed: dishes, cleaning supplies, wifi. He was also available for any questions or problems I had during my stay. Highly recommend!
Frank was a very kind and welcoming host, without being the least bit intrusive; we appreciated his attention to our after-dark arrival and his very quick response when an electrical storm briefly cut local power. The cabin is rustic but comfortable, with a beautiful view; the road is well maintained, and we had no trouble accessing the cabin despite the rain.
