About This Listing
Stylish apartment exclusively used for holiday rental. Just steps away from the Acropolis, the Acropolis museum and the archaeological sites, it has the unique feature that it has been built above a roman bath complex dating back to the 2nd century AD. The site belongs to the 3rd Ephorate, is not open to the public but can be visited by our guests, who will no doubt feel the magic of living and sleeping above the ruins.
Recently refurbished, bright, spacious and very quiet, it has a small yard with an awning, chairs and a table, an ideal place to sit back and enjoy your breakfast or a traditional Greek meal delivered at your doorstep at a surprisingly affordable price(contact details provided upon booking).

Since I do not live close to the apartment, I need to know at least one week before your arrival in Athens, the number of your flight and your scheduled arrival time. This will enable me to plan the delivery of the keys. Thank you!
Centrally located in a nice district. It was very convenient and exactly as described. She also organized a car from the airport for us and a ride back.
We were met by the driver who took us from the airport to the apartment and gave us the keys. The ground floor apartment is very comfortable with everything you need for a holiday. Its location is wonderful, being only a 10 minute walk to the Acroplolis and many major attractions, including very good restaurants and the Acropolis Museum. Ralou was in frequent contact with us and arranged our return trip to the airport. The apartment is also across the road from a wonderful bakery and a small supermarket useful for self catering. Although the location is central, being on less busy street we found it very quiet, even with the windows open. We would highly recommend this listing for anyone wishing to stay in the heart of Athens.
everything about our stay was as we had hoped. Ralou is a very attentive host and managed access to our lodging on our arrival in Athens with care. The apartment is superbly located for access to the Acropolis area and is set up just as advertised. We recommend Ralou and the apartment fully.
We spent four days in Ralou's apartment and had a truly awesome time there. The location in the quiet neighborhood close to Acropolis is just amazing. We enjoyed specially the patio where we had our daily breakfast She was very thoughtful and had stocked up the fridge with essentials (love your cookies too!).
Ralou is a great hostess, kind, welcoming and organised. She gave us a lot of helpful information about what to see, where to eat, etc.
We highly recommend her place!
Thank you again for making our stay so easy to adjust to and enjoyable :)
Ralou's place was located just minutes away from the Akropolis! The neighborhood is very nice and quiet too. It was very nice to have a patio to enjoy a glass of champagne. There is also a store across the street and a cute wine bar a block away. We stayed for 2 nights and it worked out well! There are many notes and directions all over the apartment, to answer all the questions.
I would definately recommend Ralou's place. The apartment is welcoming and centrally located. We bought from the market and the caffe nearby in the morning before sightseeing the city. The location is excellent, easy walking distance to the Acropolis metro (we used the metro often to move around the city), there are restaurants across from the Acropolis metro station, I had amazing greek food here. Ralou will also provide some information on a list of restaurants, we actually used this reference for dinner at a nice restaurant overseeing the Acropolis nearby. The apartment and Ralou are very welcoming, she is truly a great host. We found our traveling experience at ease, we communicated often, and she was so helpful to coordinate transportation from and to the airport, we had an early flight to catch and it worked out great for us. The apartment itself is very comfortable. Overall we had an excellent stay at Ralou's place.
We had a great stay in Athens and loved Ralou's apartment. Ralou arranged for a driver to meet us at the airport (it is always nice to see your name on a Board when you arrive in a new city), and so convenient as he had the keys to the apartment. Ralou called practically as soon as we arrived to ensure all was in order, which it was. The apartment is very neat and tidy, and is as described in the advert and photo's. It is centrally located, and is very easy to walk to all the sights. Ralou communicated very well, sending us information before our trip, and has a handy list of restaurants and places to see. There is a great bakery over the road that you can't help but visit with the smells wafting across the street.
We had a great time in Athens and in the apartment, and would recommend it to all.
