The space
Unit will have a sectional sleeper sofa (twin size) in the living room, a 4-person kitchen table, & a fully stocked kitchen. Both bedrooms are in the back of the unit, down the hallway for a nice separation from the living/kitchen area. Each room will have a new Queen size bed, two night stands, two lamps and beautiful decor (new lush bedding as well). The master bedroom will have a private attached full bathroom, and the guest bedroom will have a full bathroom down the hallway. Both bedrooms face the alley so no noise at night! The rest of the house faces the communal courtyard. There are other long-term tenants on property (2 surrounding units) they are quiet and respectful and keep to themselves. The garage is located in the back of the building and can easily fit a small SUV (nothing larger than a 4-runner). For larger vehicles, there are conveniently 2 free overnight lots one block south of the unit, along the jetty, as well as plenty of free street parking along Mission Blvd.

Guest access
Guests have access to the entire property - communal courtyard & coin-operated laundry facility on site with complementary laundry detergent

Other things to note
This is a multi-family property, we are surrounded by working neighbors as well as travelers. I have zero tolerance for disruptive guests and those who do not follow my rules/policies will be evicted on the spot. I want everyone to have a good time but please be respectful of quiet hours (10PM-8AM) and of the property/neighborhood. Thank you!

*From April - June we will be remodeling the unit next door to yours. The contractors will be starting after 9am and finishing around 5pm during the week. The nightly rate is low due to these inconveniences. If you plan to spend your vacation outdoors, this should not effect you, but please let me know if you have any issues or dissatisfaction during your trip, we want everyone to have a relaxing stay and will do whatever we can to make that happen :)
