STEPS TO SAND! Spacious 2 bedroom 2 bathroom beach condo, newly upgraded! Walking distance to the beach, the bay, cafes, bars, restaurants, nightlife, excursions/adventures, rental shops, and so much more! Located in South Mission Beach @ the end of the peninsula surrounded by water (bay on one side, beach on the other), close to the action, but far enough to find peace and seclusion. The space
Unit will have a sectional sleeper sofa (twin size) in the living room, a 4-person kitchen table, & a fully stocked kitchen. Both bedrooms are in the back of the unit, down the hallway for a nice separation from the living/kitchen area. Each room will have a new Queen size bed, two night stands, two lamps and beautiful decor (new lush bedding as well). The master bedroom will have a private attached full bathroom, and the guest bedroom will have a full bathroom down the hallway. Both bedrooms face the alley so no noise at night! The rest of the house faces the communal courtyard. There are other long-term tenants on property (2 surrounding units) they are quiet and respectful and keep to themselves. The garage is located in the back of the building and can easily fit a small SUV (nothing larger than a 4-runner). For larger vehicles, there are conveniently 2 free overnight lots one block south of the unit, along the jetty, as well as plenty of free street parking along Mission Blvd.

Other things to note
This is a multi-family property, we are surrounded by working neighbors as well as travelers. I have zero tolerance for disruptive guests and those who do not follow my rules/policies will be evicted on the spot. I want everyone to have a good time but please be respectful of quiet hours (10PM-8AM) and of the property/neighborhood. Thank you!

The neighborhood is considered South Mission Beach, located at the end of the peninsula. Closest cross streets are Asbury Court and Mission Blvd. This unit is located on the bayside of Mission Blvd. Less than a 2-minute walk to the beach/boardwalk as well as the bay/boardwalk.
Both boardwalks stretch over 4 miles to Pacific Beach (main beach town). You can walk/bike anywhere you need to go.
Unit is very central, 10-15 minute drive to SeaWorld, San Diego Zoo, San Diego Airport, Old Town, Train Station/Trolly station, Downtown Gaslamp, and less than 25-minute drive to La Jolla and Coronando.
There is a local market, liquor store, neighborhood bars, cafe/breakfast, Italian/pizza/sandwich shop, Greek and Mexican spots within a 10-minute walk of the unit down Mission Blvd.
