This cozy house in the Garden District is a mile from the airport and a stone's throw from local pubs and eateries. Enjoy the lush, fenced in backyard and fire pit and make yourself comfortable. Easy access to the expressway puts Milwaukee at your fingertips. Festival season is upon us!
Open concept with historical charm
Kitchen, including coffee, tea and light breakfast items, off street parking, backyard fire pit and laundry.
Interaction with guests
I will be there to greet you and welcome the opportunity to point out all of the great local establishments
Other things to note
Pets are negotiable and an elevated air mattress is available upon request. I also now have a single, memory foam roll away bed.
For those with mobility, issues: the main bathroom is upstairs, the second is in the basement. The stairs are also steep, so be careful. The house was built in 1922 and has these little quirks.
No smoking inside but the yard is comfortable and inviting. Responsible fire making in the backyard is encouraged.
No wet towels on any wood surfaces, please.
If anything gets broken or damaged, don't be scared! It happens. Just let me know before you try to glue something back together.
If you create a giant mess from a party, clean up after yourself.
From Dec 22, 2017 - Jan 01, 2018 the minimum stay is 2 nights.
