Up to four can enjoy this quiet amenity-rich, centrally located home with a back yard laden with ivy-covered trees, well maintained landscaping, Adirondack chairs and a stunning outdoor fireplace. Flagstone Sunday House is very suitable for a couple, four ladies or a family. The second room is a sleeping porch, so two couples need to be aware.

One of seven of the original and historical Sunday Houses. Central location, outdoor fireplace & walking distance to downtown Fredericksburg! Unbelievable backyard and not your average Fredericksburg decor. Flagstone is decorated in an upscale Scandinavian style and has the feel and look reminiscent of Architectural Digest!

Check-in: 3pm. Check-out: 11am. We are flexible if we don't have guests checking out or in on the same day.
Access: Front door, side door and rear door. We are a Historical and Authentic Sunday house, indoor stairs are narrow and steep so please be advised.

Other things to note
Please note, the second bedroom is a sleeping porch with custom made extra long and thick mattresses.... Very comfortable! The upstairs bedroom has steep stairs due to it was built over one hundred years ago.. The cottage interior is decorated in a sophisticated style reminiscent of Architectural Digest. Fully equipped and modern kitchen and dinning room. A stunning garden backyard with outdoor fireplace, balcony and several eating/relaxing areas. Pottery Barn and Restoration Hardware Interiors.
We have coffee pot, Keurig, teas and snack…
Plus, a bottle of chilled champagne upon your arrival.

Located in the Historic District, but with very low traffic, and an easy walk to downtown. Parking can be a real nightmare in Fredericksburg. Quiet, peaceful and secluded back yard with a beautiful terraced garden. You'll feel safe, secluded and relaxed!
