Welcome to our Merlot Cottage located in the heart of Temecula's Wine Country!

Our home, which is a Manufactured home sits on a 5 acre property with beautiful new vineyards! I

Enjoy hanging around the house, outside on the patio with mountain and hot air balloon views or go out to one of the 100+ wineries that are around. We are about 10 minutes from Old Town Temecula and the closest winery is within walking distance.

The space
You will have over 1400sq. ft. to yourself in this house. It has 1 master bedroom with a spacious bathroom, 2 queen size beds and walk-in closet. We also have 1 bedroom with 2 queen size beds, and 1 bedroom with 1 queen size bed. There is also another full bathroom in the house .

The kitchen is stocked with basic cooking utensils, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee pot, etc and the living room is very spacious with TV, WIFI and two additional foldout couches in case you in need more space. There is a sitting area in front of the house for guests to use as well.

The house sits on a property that was planted with Vines last year and are still growing.

The neighborhood could not be any better. We are located in a dead end street so it is very quiet and relaxing around here. If you are up for the walk, Lorimar Winery is just down the street from us (less than 1 mile away). All other main wineries are just a few minutes drive away. We are located in the heart to Temecula's Wine Country but all other major grocery stores, shops and Old Town are just about a 10-15 minutes drive away. You get the best of both worlds!
