Experience tiny living with lots of amenities: full kitchen, full bath, queen bedroom, loft with 2 twin beds, couch. This fun space, attached to my garage, is light, open, airy, and surrounded by trees. There is a gas fireplace in the living room and Solo Stove on the deck for your enjoyment.

Quiet neighborhood minutes from Lee University, Amazon, OCI, Duracell, and not far from Chattanooga, Wacker, kayaking, hiking, white water rafting, and the Smokey Mountains.

The space
Pull down to the end of the driveway. Look to your left. Access the private walkway and deck leading to the front door. This space is behind my home adjoining my attached garage. The garage is between my house and this great space. You have plenty of privacy.

This space is 350sq ft on the ground floor and 100 sq ft in the loft (accessed by a ladder). The parking area can accommodate two vehicles. If you pull your car to the end of the driveway you won’t block the garage door.

*TV allows access to YOUR Netflix, Hulu or Amazon account.
*Welcome book with lots more info sent a few days before arrival.
* No parties.
* No smoking or vaping in or around the property. This carries an up to $1000 penalty for damages, smoke removal, odor removal etc.
* Don't put anything in the toilet except toilet paper. This carries an up to $2000 penalty if damages occur to cover costs.

Hi, my name is Mead! Yes, like the notebook paper--it's my mother's maiden name. I have lived in the Cleveland, TN area for over 30 years. I've owned several small businesses across various industries. During the fall of 2018 I went out west with a few of my children and we stayed in Airbnbs, one of them being a tiny home.
