Experience tiny living with all the amenities: full kitchen, full bath, queen bedroom, loft with 2 twin beds, couch. This tiny house is light, open, airy, and surrounded by trees. Fireplace in the living room and Solo Stove on the deck.

Quiet neighborhood minutes from Lee University, Amazon, OCI, Duracell, and not far from Chattanooga, Wacker, kayaking, hiking, white water rafting, and the Smokey Mountains.

The space
Pull down to the end of the driveway. Access the private walkway and deck leading to the front door. This unit is behind my home adjoining my attached garage. The garage is between my house and the tiny house.

Tiny house is 350sq ft on ground floor and 100 sq ft in loft (accessed by a ladder). The parking area can accommodate two vehicles. Don't worry about blocking the garage door.
