Located in a former seminary, Pardo - Community Hostel is a recently restored hostel in the old town, nearby the fourteenth-century Cathedral and the Ducal Palace, at the center of the community both in a spatial and metaphorical sense. You could find many books and special corners created on purpose to let you broaden the knowledge of the evocatives places surround you and to relax in a welcoming atmosphere.

Larino, Molise, Italy

Larino is a town with very ancient origins, since XII century B.C.. In the Old Town there many medieval buildings, the Ducal Palace (12th-13th c.) within which there are the Municipality and the Civic Museum, the Saint Pardo Cathedral (14th c.), the Bishop’s Palace (16th c.) within which there are the Diocesan Archive and the Diocesan Museum, the Church of Saint Francis (14th c.), the Church of Saint Stephen (15th c.) and the location of the first Seminar in the world (1564). A little walk along the stone paved alleys could let you still enjoy the medieval atmosphere, breathing the smell of bread fresh from the oven of some little bakery or the smell of delicious dish of typical eating place or visiting the local open market that take place two thursday a month.
In May, the parade of floats, made with papier-maché flowers and pulled by oxen, is a not-to-be-missed event.
In Christmas time, from the 8th December to the 6th January, the Light Show together and the Christmas Market attract thousand of people.
