Guests will enter an intimate lobby where they will obtain keys to their suite. This common space is available to all 713 guests. A cozy spot, perfect for awaiting transportation, greeting delivery drivers, or just hanging out and enjoying the hustle and bustle of Main Street.

By elevator or stairs, guests will travel to the 2nd floor to enter the suite from a large common space with a half bath.

Natural sunlight is impressive in this quaint studio. Enter to a small but functional kitchen that includes a cooktop, fridge, microwave and Keurig Coffee Maker (Starbucks pods provided). The open living & dining area boast historic charm. A large Smart TV can be viewed from the sofa or the comforts of the Queen Bed. The bathroom is oversized with a walk-in/roll-in shower and is ADA Accessible. The 713 is perfectly located in the Heart of Museum Row and walkable to most of Louisville's popular venues - makes for a great Louisville experience.
