A perfect spot to call home while enjoying everything Louisville has to offer. The 713 underwent extensive renovation in 2019/2020. Guests are sure to appreciate the attention to detail in each of our suites. Unique in features and decor, but similar in accommodations with full kitchens, WIFI, and laundry access. Diane Werner (Business Owner) and Patti Presnell-Maddox (Realtor with Gant Hill Associates), are the owner/operators of The Historic 713 Building at West Main! The 713 is a recently restored historic building with 5 short term rentals units - conveniently located in the heart of Museum Row and on the Bourbon Trail in Downtown Louisville, KY! Our goal is to provide the best travel experience possible whether your visit is business or pleasure. Guests can rent the entire building (based on availability) or as single units (sleeps a total of 37 without rollaways). Accommodations vary between a Penthouse studio, (2) 4 bedroom/3 bath apartments, a 2 bedroom suite, and a 1 bed ADA studio! Full cooking capacity and laundry is available with each rental. In addition, we will provide concierge services such as finding tickets to sporting events and music festivals, or having groceries delivered prior to your arrival upon request.
