The lower level of a private home in a quiet neighborhood with fabulous red rock views. Sedona's legendary trails are only a five-minute walk. Peaceful location but close to everything Sedona has to offer, including grocery stores, restaurants, and shopping. Enjoy a separate bedroom with views of Chimney Rock as you wake up in the morning. Relax on the patio with additional views of Thunder Mountain. We live upstairs above the Airbnb, love exploring Sedona, and are available for recommendations

The space
Lower level walk-out basement of our family home, we live upstairs in the main part of the house. The kitchen features a full-size refrigerator with a hot plate and a conventional oven for cooking. The bathroom features a walk-in tile shower. The bedroom of the Airbnb has no living area above it.

While the space can accommodate three people, it is more comfortable with two. The sofa sleeper is under our main living area.

We have an EV charger on site.

The Airbnb is the walk-out lower level of our family home. We attempt to be as quiet as possible, but you will hear us above you. The bedroom of the Airbnb has no living space above it.

There is a sleeper sofa in the living room area for a 3rd guest however, the room does have our family home above it.
