Our 2.25 acre Arizona Ranch Homestead is the perfect place to begin your Northern Arizona adventure. We are nestled in a valley with forest service and hiking trails just steps away. Our guest suite, situated over a three car garage, has a private entrance and a private patio ensuring you a quiet and relaxing stay. The only noise you may hear from us is the garage door opening. 13 miles to downtown, 5.6 miles to Harkins Theaters, 26 miles to Arizona Snowbowl Resort.

The space
Our countryside homestead is completely fenced and you can access it through an automatic gate. Parking can be in front of the garage, or closer to the private entrance. The guest suite amenities include a washer & dryer with detergent and fabric softener sheets, 50 inch TV with Netflix and commercial free Hulu, a small coffee and continental breakfast bar. Our friendly resident hunter, Momo the cat, will sometimes bring "presents", please inform us so we can remove them should they become bothersome.

We are nestled in a Valley with neighbors who also sit on 2.25 to 5 acre parcels of land. Many have horses and dogs. Forest Service runs on either side of these homes with miles of trails to hike or ride.
