Introducing Tahoe Chill— ONE of our many well designed and staged properties.

Tucked into the mountainside and nestled among the pine trees, Tahoe Chill is the a welcome addition to our luxury vacation rental family. With direct views of Diamond Peak Ski Resort and sparkling Lake Tahoe in the distance, this gorgeous, updated unit is the ideal spot for your next Tahoe vacay. Hiking, mountain biking, and skiing are all minutes away with Lake Tahoe seen from the patio.

The space
A Soaring, Light-Filled Living Space:

Enter through the wide-open and bright living space. Bleached oak hardwood look floors, sliding glass doors, and windows that reach up to the cathedral ceiling give the space a feeling of luxurious openness. They also frame the breathtaking view that greets you from every window.

Here in the living space, you’ll find a cozy fireplace and huge flat-screen television for a movie night in— but the real star of this show is the view. You’ll find yourself drawn to it over and over again, through the glass doors and out to the patio to gaze at the majestic mountains and the sparkling lake beyond. Stand here in the mornings with your hands wrapped around a steaming mug of fresh coffee and watch a pastel sunrise light up the sky above you. Listen to the musical birdsong and the soothing sound of the lake breezes whispering through the pine trees.
A Comfy Kitchen and Dining Space

When you do manage to pry yourself away from the view, come back inside to the warm, open kitchen. Here you’ll find rich, cherry wood cabinets and a convenient peninsula bar. It’s a great space to whip up some fluffy blueberry pancakes in the morning or an aprés-ski cocktail after a long day on the hiking trails or ski slopes. The dining table has seating for six and a large window with views of the hillside, mountains, and trees.

A Flexible Loft Space:
Head up the stairs to the loft space— a perfect place to relax and unwind. Huge windows make you feel like you’re floating above the treetops. Up here, there’s a unique octagon-shaped window for mountain gazing.

A library of books will keep the readers in your group very happy! Settle in here on the built-in reading bench (or comfy futon) with a cup of tea and a great book as the sun rises or sets over the mountain. In the evenings, artistic light pieces give the space the cool, chill vibe of an intimate night club— just turn on some smooth jazz or blues, add a cocktail or two, and spend the evening relaxing in this gorgeously designed loft.

Two Private Bedrooms:
Two bedrooms both have en suite baths— perfect for families or couples traveling together. One bedroom has a king-sized bed and the other has two twin beds. The bleached hardwood floors continue into the bedrooms, adding a clean, comfortable feel. Substantial storage pieces and large closets give you plenty of options for storing your hiking gear, swimsuits, or ski parkas. Album cover artwork on the bedroom walls adds to the eclectic feel. Huge windows in each of the bedrooms frame the mountain views and allow in the sparkling Tahoe sunshine— while heavy drapes allow you to sleep in as long as you want.

Two EnSuite Bathrooms:
Each ensuite bath is spacious and comfortable. One bath has a large walk-in, spa-like shower while the other has a jetted tub for soaking sore muscles after a day on the trails or slopes. A high-efficiency washer and dryer are located up here on the second floor, making it super- convenient to wash and dry your gear.

The Neighborhood:
Tahoe Chill is located in beautiful Incline Village, convenient to all that Lake Tahoe has to offer. Looking to curl up in front of a cozy fire and watch the snowflakes drift to the ground while enjoying a mug of hot chocolate? Book a stay at Tahoe Chill from December to March for winter coziness and romance. Or maybe you’re looking to slip into your ski parka, fasten your boots, and head out to the Diamond Peak Ski Resort? Tahoe Chill is literally right across the street from those world-famous views!

Or perhaps winter isn’t really “your thing.” We feel you. Book a stay at Tahoe Chill in the summertime, slip into your swimsuit and head down to a beautiful, private beach. Soak up some sunshine, go paddleboarding, and build a sandcastle or two. Lace-up your hiking boots and trek the endless trails, meadows, and streams. Whatever type of Tahoe escape you’re looking for, Tahoe Chill has you covered.

Nearby Delicious Dining Options:
The kitchen at Tahoe Chill is ideal for staying in and cooking a meal— we’ll even help you stock the kitchen with goodies before you arrive (just ask your host about grocery delivery). Or hire a private chef to cater to your every culinary need! But if you prefer to head out on the town for some dinner, check out the nearby Big Water Grille. For over 20 years, Big Water Grille has been serving Lake Tahoe their delicious combination of California cuisine with a southwestern flair. Lake views and luxurious dining room will take your breath away. Try the Mount Lassen Trout, Molasses Pork Chops, or the house specialty Porcini Mushroom Cottage Pie. Top it all off with their Lemon Cheesecake and a Jalapeno-Spiked Bourbon.

For casual dining, head further down toward the lake to Austin’s Restaurant. With a friendly and inviting atmosphere, Austin’s may become your go-to favorite for easy Incline Village dining. For lunch, tuck into their Wagyu Buffalo Sliders, Buttermilk Fries, or their local-favorite Meatloaf. Austin’s also has an ice cream shop and bakery, featuring homemade ice cream, waffle cones, and pies. Yum!
Tahoe Chill Has All You Need

With a two-car garage and plenty of space to spread out, relax, and soak up the views, Tahoe Chill is the perfect spot for your next trip to the lake.
