About this listing
Welcome to my LOFT
Please contact me before you are going to make a booking.
This is a one of a kind opportunity in Chiang Mai: stay in my newly decorated loft apartment next to the Ping River while experiencing how to live like a local foreigner in this beautiful city. The apartment is very spacious and newly renovated and decorated in Western style. I, myself am an airbnb fan, up to now only as guest, but now I would like to give back the great hospitality I've received from other hosts around the world.
The apartment is located within walking distance from the Night Bazaar and local markets. A selection of the best Thai and Western restaurants as well cafes can be found along the river and are only a 5-10 mins walk away. Supermarkets and well-known International and local schools are also located in the surrounding area. If you are up for a day of sightseeing, various temples, markets and the famous Thapae Gate is not far from the apartment, for your own comfort however you may choose to hop on a 'Tuk Tuk' just outside. Need to buy a sovenirs, handicrafts, silk
Ohh and one more thing, if you are tired of sightseeing and the heat is getting to you, take a dip in our common pool which is located on the second floor.
We look forward to welcoming you 'mi casa es tu casa', so please make yourself feel at home and enjoy your stay here in our breath-taking city! :)

About the Host, Sabine
Hello, my name is Sabine and I am a German national living in Asia. In my 24 years on the continent I have had the pleasure of raising two beautiful girls and, together with my husband, established an electronic manufacturing company in the North of Thailand.
Wherever I travel, I love to live like a local – something which the warmth and flexibility of the Airbnb community has made possible. Now that I have my own space to rent with Airbnb, I hope to return this warmth to you via a beautiful apartment in Chiang Mai. Please don’t hesitate to get in touch if interested.
