This guest-favorite studio sits just steps from the beach, in the heart of the island. The 45m² space is full of character with its funky black-and-white theme, featuring a private entrance, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable king bed, and AC. A palm-tree-lined front yard and shared pool round out the island feel, and you're an easy walk from restaurants and downtown.

Good to know: The pool is shared, tourist tax isn't included, and jacuzzi/washer-dryer are available for a small extra fee.

The space
This funky black-and-white themed studio apartment is full of character and fun! It features two distinct areas: a cozy bedroom space and a kitchen equipped with all the essentials for a perfect breakfast. The front yard is adorned with beautiful palm trees, adding a local island touch. There's also ample space to park your car safely in the garage. Aruba—and especially this neighborhood—are very safe, so no worries if you forget to lock up for the night. Pets are welcome—just let us know in advance! No smoking indoors.

You'll have full access to the private studio, including the kitchen, bedroom, and front yard. Please let us know your estimated arrival time in advance so we can make sure someone is available to hand you the keys — check-in is after 4:00 PM.

Other things to note
Please note that the tourist tax must be paid before arrival via a separate request. The washer and dryer are available for an additional fee. If you'd like to use the jacuzzi, there is a $10 USD per day charge to cover the high gas costs.

From the host

The neighborhood is very ideal. Right next to Talk of The Town hotel, as reference. Close to the beach, the Renaissance Island with our famous flamingos, the Renaissance Marketplace and also downtown, The Dutch Pancake House is a walk along the beach away, I definitely recommend it for some filling breakfast.

Although, the person you will be directly having a great time with is my mother as this is her way of not missing both her daughters that live abroad.
