Enjoy a visit at our dog-friendly one bedroom apartment near Lake Sunapee, New London, Proctor Academy, or the Upper Valley. Gaze out the window, walk in the woods, or play outside. Ski at Ragged or Sunapee, walk to the cross country ski trails next door, snowshoe or skate on the town green. The kitchen has all the equipment you need to cook a small feast (or hide out for the holidays). Finally take the time to binge watch that Netflix, HBO, or Prime show on our new TV. Fast internet too!
The space
The apartment is perfect for a single, couple, or a small family. Under the day bed is an additional mattress- if you don't mind tight quarters, a family of four could snuggle in! The fenced yard makes it a perfect destination for those traveling with dogs.
Guest access
The entire apartment is yours. The attached main house is not accessible, but the beautiful 10 acres behind it are yours to walk or ski.
Other things to note
There is no laundry facility on-site. There is a laundromat in New London.

The property is shared with a year-round tenant next door who WILL report any partying or loud noises. Otherwise this is a very quiet, private property with no other houses viewable from the apartment's back windows.
