Located just 1.5 miles from the entrance to Palo Duro Canyon State Park, come stay in the Longhorn Cabin. Our vacation rental is on the doorstep of the second largest canyon in the U.S., an ideal location for those wishing to explore the state park.

Our cabin offers a unique getaway, surrounded by the West Texas landscape and its amazing wildlife and views. Enjoy the beauty of country living, with the convenience of the town of Canyon just 11 miles away.

The space
The Longhorn Cabin is a newly updated, one-bedroom, one-bath cabin rental, with all the luxuries of home.

It is furnished with one queen bed, one full bed and two twin bunkbeds.

Like our other cabins in this house, the Longhorn, with its secret tunnel and passageway, is also a great space for kids.

The updated bathroom includes a stylish shower, sink, and toilet; the kitchenette has a mini-fridge, sink, microwave, and coffee maker, and outdoors there is a gas grill. The living room has a sectional sleeper sofa, dining table with chairs, and Roku TV. We also provide Wifi. It has ample A/C and heating units.

Linens, towels, dishes, and some cookware are provided.

Complimentary coffee and light snacks are provided.

Note: This cabin is one of three apartments in a larger house, with its own separate entrance, patio, and accommodations. There are some shared walls, so there is potential for noise from other guests. We ask all guests to respect quiet hours from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
