The breakfasts were great and far too much was eaten.Jane was helpful and cheerful which made the difference from an hotel stay .
William would kidnap the dogs if he could have..Great place
Great Scottish breakfast! Jane a good hostess.
Only negative was the parking, we were lucky to find somewhere not to far away.
It's been a delight staying with Jane. The room is very spacious, light and clean as is the bathroom. Yes, you share the bathroom, but I haven't had any issues, as it is left clean and haven't had to cue at all. Jane is a most gracious host. Made my stay very comfortable. She's a great cook. We shared many an hour talking at her kitchen table. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfy, homely stay away from the city noise and close enough to trains and buses.
I'll be back. Thanks Jane.
Want a family based experience then go to Jane's. Large airy room, comfortable beds, excellent breakfast, easy access from the city of Glasgow.
A true "in home" experience with terrific Scotish breakfast.
We really enjoyed staying with Jane. The room is spacious and Jane is very friendly and made us feel welcome. Jane also made a delicious breakfast and gave useful tips on what to see in Glasgow. We would recommend staying with Jane to anyone visiting the Glasgow area.
Perfect. That's the best way to describe Our stay at Janes's place. We couldn't have dreamed up a better place to stay while in Scotland. But even more than the room and home, Jane was the real treat. Her genuine kindness and hospitality towards us was the highlight of our trip. Her breakfast was amazing and so was EVERYTHING else. We will definitely stay at Jane's on our next visit to her beautiful country! A++++++
Jane's place was wonderful! The moment we stepped into the room, we went "wow"! It's really cosy and comfortable for 3 girls. Jane also prepared traditional Scottish breakfast for us on the day we left because the past few days headed out too early. It's an exquisite Scottish breakfast with classical music playing in the background. The only thing that we frowned upon was the mega slopes up to her house. We had a difficult time pushing luggages up the slope. Despite that, my friends and I had a wonderful experience with Jane's place. Highly recommend anyone to stay there if they are visiting Glasgow.

On being asked to accept instant booking I discovered the only way to find out about new system was to do so. Then I happened to go into my e mails to discover someone had booked but it wasn't showing I Airbnb. I then tried to get into my calendar to score off this weekend as workmen were coming to work on the house only to discover I couldn't access the calendar anywhere. I then tried to find a number to contact Airbnb and kept getting a message saying you we're receiving to many messages thus still never got through. Each time I tried to contact Airbnb I went from one thing to another very frustrating. No direct phone numbers or e mail. I can't remember now how I got a phone number to speak to an assistant at Airbnb but then was told I would have to cancel guest and would be rated and fined. I have only ever promoted Airbnb on (website hidden) (website hidden) at every opportunity and have never once received a poor rating from any guests in three years. Your site is the only site I use and so perhaps you will understand how frustrated for my guest I've been and very stressed out myself over this. Considering the new system has only been in place for two weeks I had hoped you would have been more lenient with your loyal hosts and had better instruction how to cancel the instant booking and had a better help line that people can find
