This modern home is designed for comfort, featuring 3 cozy bedrooms, smart TVs for movie nights, and a full kitchen for family dinners. With rare 2-car parking and EV charging, you can park the car and walk everywhere—including Belmont Park and many local favorites.
The space
The main living level:
Open-concept living, dining, and kitchen with ocean views from the couch — the kind of layout where coffee in the morning and wine at sunset both work in the same room. Smart TV, fast Wi-Fi, dedicated workspace if you need an hour to log in. The kitchen is fully equipped: full-size fridge, oven, stovetop, dishwasher, coffee maker — everything you'd want for a real family dinner instead of takeout.
The private rooftop deck:
This is what you came for. Lounge furniture, panoramic Pacific views, sunrise on one side and sunset on the other. Coffee at 7 AM, wine at 7 PM, and the kind of view that makes your phone come out without anyone planning it. Access is via a private staircase from the third bedroom — it's yours, not shared.
Where everyone sleeps:
Master bedroom: King bed, en-suite bathroom with double sinks and a large walk-in shower. Your retreat at the end of the day.
Bunk room: Designed for kids or a fun group: a double bed on top, a double in the middle, and a twin pull-out trundle below. Sleeps 5 if you maximize it.
Third bedroom: Comfortable queen bed with a private staircase leading up to the rooftop deck.
Two full bathrooms:
The master en-suite has double sinks and a walk-in shower. The second full bathroom has a tub/shower combo — perfect for rinsing off after the beach or running a bath for the kids.
Parking + EV charging:
Two private garage spaces, a rarity in Mission Beach, plus a Level 1 EV charger in the garage at no extra charge(pun intended). Walk to Belmont Park, the boardwalk, and a dozen local favorites without ever touching the car.
AC:
Unfortunately our home does not have Central AC. There are floor standing AC units in both the living room and bunk bed room.
Guest access
You'll have private access to the entire upper unit plus:
Your private rooftop deck — accessed via a staircase from the third bedroom. Yours alone, with panoramic ocean views.
BBQ patio at the base of the stairs — patio with BBQ grill. Great for grilling and lounging before heading up to the rooftop.
Two private garage parking spaces — rare in Mission Beach. Inside the garage, gated entry. Please don't park in the carport on the left (reserved for the downstairs unit) or in front of the garage door (red zone — the city tickets it).
Level 1 EV charger in the garage, free for guest use during your stay.
Beach gear in the garage — towels, beach chairs, and boogie boards are available for guest use.
We share the property with one other unit downstairs. They have their own entrance, their own patio, and their own parking — you'll rarely cross paths.
Other things to note
1.) Please be mindful of the guest's downstairs and surrounding neighbors.
2.) When entering the home after enjoying the day at the beach, please make sure to rinse off all sand so you are not tracking into the home.
3.) We have beach towels, beach chairs and boogie boards in the garage that you can use during your stay.
