Overall Guest Satisfaction

Check In
  • This apartment was great, we stayed for 2 months with out any trouble. The location is in a very convenient area with lots of food options and stores, the train is right around the corner which was so nice. Rabah and his associate Daniel were SO helpful during our stay, they accommodated anything we needed. I would absolutely stay here again, and would recommended it to friends or family!

  • I had to come to Park Slope at the very last minute...literally. I was immediately in contact with Daniel and he was very accommodating. The apartment is beautiful and so clean. It was exactly as described. Daniel was always quick to respond to any questions or problems. This apartment is located near everything right on the corner of 7th ave. This was such a positive experience.

  • Excellent apartment--had everything we could have wanted and more. Literally steps away from the heart of Park Slope, but we also felt we got a nice space away from everything.

  • We ( me, my wife and twin 4 year olds) stayed at this apt for 6 weeks. It is a clean excellently maintained place located in the center of Park Slope. The gentleman, Daniel, who manages the place works downstairs in the building, so it is very easy to check in and out. There is a laundry downstairs as well, that will do laundry daily at a reasonable rate. The A/C is fantastic (no annoying window units). The pictures on AirBNB accurately portray the space. There are no negatives, except perhaps the less than beautiful doorway and stairs, but that is part of the Brooklyn experience. This was the first time we used AirBNB, and we were very impressed with how perfectly it all worked.

  • Apartment was conveniently located near subway, shops and restaurants. It was clean, light and nicely furnished. Manager was responsive and accommodated our date change with a prompt refund when we had to shorten our stay by one day. Some amenities were missing like soap and toilet paper. This was provided after requested. Queen bed was comfortable.

    Response from Rabah:

Nice guest and easy to communicate with. Kept the apartment clean. All the best

  • This apartment perfectly met our needs. It was conveniently located, both to the subway but also to some appointments we had in Brooklyn. The apartment was better than we expected. The kitchen, not pictured in ad, was fantastic, good sized and newly remodeled. All the appliances were new. The bathroom was also newly remodeled. The bedroom was large and the living room was comfortable and pleasant to hang out in. There are windows throughout the apartment that allow for lots of sunshine. The neighborhood has a plethora of eateries and shops. Fun to walk the street. Highly recommended.
