The Latin and St Germain Quarter is full of history. First, it was a students district and universities which are built in this district, such as the Sorbonne or the Faculty of Medicine, are magnificent monuments. Life is really good and interesting in this aerea and it is a paradise for tourists , with so many monuments to visit such as Cathedrale Notre Dame de Paris or “middle age museum of Cluny”, so nice walks, like among banks of the Seine, or Luxembourg Gardens ,so nice cafés like mythical “ café de Flore “ and café des 3 Magots “,
and so many kinds of entertainments

Overall I and my family were happy with our staying at this property.
It is very convenient , with great view on Eifel Tower, and very quiet.
Apartment has everything you need , it is warm and clean.
I spoke to Delpine over the phone only once, and she was very pleasant and welcoming. I didn't meet her in person, but man by name Philip was waiting for us, and we didn't have to wait at the front of the door. That was very important for us after the long flight. He explained to us pretty much everything about the apartment and than left.
I need to mention, that there was a small cup with chocolates for us on the table which was nice. We also made sure apartment was clean after we left, and clean up and organized everything the way we found it . We did left some food in the fridge that was still good, hoping somebody can use it. I personally don't like to throw food in the garbage if is still good . Also, I washed and dry all towels (although its not required) except the once we used in the morning before we left. Hope that was not an issue for Delphine.
Finally I would definitely recommend this place to other families.
We enjoyed our stay in Delphine's Rue Du Bac apartment. The location was excellent and the space was very functional. I would recommend the apartment to others, but I think there are a few minor changes would make this a 5 star apartment. The apartment was clean on a basic level but could do with a deep clean overall. It is grimy with dirty walls etc and some hair from prior guests. Another reviewer commented on the toilet smelling like urine and that was our experience as well. We found Carl , who let us in to the apartment, to be quite uninformed about the apartment and the area in general. He didn't know how to use the appliances (which I had noticed in another review) and failed to mention a truly wonderful market within a block (La Grande Épicerie) and instead pointed us to a monoprix. The other minor change is providing a contact number for the person who will be meeting you at the apartment. We received an email prior to our departure indicating that Carl would meet us in the apartment but there is a gate which blocks access to the apartment block and once through the gate one needs a code to get through the next door. This was a little frustrating after traveling for 12 hours and having tired, cranky children. It would have been helpful to have been given Carl's number or instructions on who to contact once we reached the address so the person could come down and let us in. Overall, however, we have a pleasant stay.
We are a family of 5 (2 adults and 3 kids aged 15,13 &10) and our initial contact with Delphine was very positive. The apartment is very spacious for Paris and in a lovely location conveniently very close to the metro. The apartment was fairly well equipped with lots of kitchenware and towels it was also very clean and the view from the balcony (especially at night) was amazing. The main drawback was we were not dealing direct with Delphine herself. The apartment is actually managed through Paris Select Apartments. When we arrived in Paris we called Delphine who advised that someone was on their way to meet us at the apartment. We waited an hour and a quarter for Carl to arrive - not a good start! Having booked and paid through Airbnb I did not then expect to have to spend another 20 minutes filling out Paris Select paperwork. Carl was also unaware how some things worked in the apartment eg the washing machine. Other minor points were the lack of any kind of fans - it was extremely hot in Paris while we were there. Also, despite a couple of emails to Delphine and Paris Select the toaster and kettle never worked and were not replaced during our stay. Overall however I would recommend this apartment - it was great for a family, it was very clean and in a convenient location.
We stayed as a family, 2 adults and 2 teenage children. Lovely apartment, great views of the Eiffel Tower and Invalides. Very convenient for public transport, restaurants & supermarket. Phillipe met us on time & was very welcoming. Apartment was clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay again.
We love it. We were 3 adults and 2 children. Our stay was wonderful. Everything was very well explained. Host was very helpful if we had any question.
Obrigada Delphine, pela estadia maravilhosa! O apartamento é lindo e com uma vista estupenda! É bem verdade que passamos mais de duas semanas sem internet, e o primeiro dia sem água quente! Mas tudo foi resolvido!
We had a wonderful stay at Delphine's apartaments in Rue du Bac. Communication was perfect before our visit. Maeva, Philippe and Anete made it really easy for us. They are extremely helpful, friendly, and available. Car service was arranged for us to and from the airport as well. The apartament is exactly as pictured in the photos (clean, great location, beautiful and confortable).
We would definitely return. Highly recommended
