The space
This is a very private, freestanding unique studio apartment, set in a private bamboo forest, behind an existing house.
Driveway parking and private entrance.

No parties, events, unauthorized filming or video.

Guest access
Guess will enter through the double gate, (please keep closed) and walk down the driveway to the back of the house and enter into unit B to the right.
Please text me at 469-735-7351 for lockbox code and wifi before arrival.

Other things to note
This property has concrete floors, industrial features and an antique clawfoot tub.
Slippers are a good idea.
