This spectacular apartment is located at the heart of Lomas de Chapultepec, an upscale neighborhood, where embassies and most ambassador’s residences are located. Few blocks from Reforma Avenue and surrounded by trees.
This is a Vintage style flat has 2 beautiful large bathrooms one of them with a 1900´s bathtub, 3 large bedrooms with comfortable beds and the best of all the terrace view of the city from the hill. Fashion shops, cafés and restaurants around and a great gourmet supermarket

The space
Full apartment located in the heart at Lomas de Chapultepec (Secure and nice Neighborhood) 2 blocks from Reforma Avenue. This is a Vintage style flat well located in a village neighborhood surrounding with shops, cafes and restaurants, traditional market and a gourmet gluten free high end supermarket (City Club)the apartment is tastefully decorated well illuminated and with an extraordinary city view from the balcony.

The flat is on a 3rd. floor and please notice there is NO elevator in the building so we advise to travel light.

It's suitable for couples or families. It has 2 bedrooms with real double beds and in the living room (3rd bedroom) there is a futon sofa bed for 2 people.
Many closets and cozy wooden floors. Vintage bathing tub with towels, body shampoo and hot water provided.
There is a laundry room with a washing and dryer machine. A full equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, freezer, microwave, and gas stove , plates and cooking pans ready to use. There is a wireless internet.

The best part of this flat is the neighborhood!! The street is full of trees and well known for its nice boutique stores, there are: pastry shops (Maque), a traditional Mexican candies boutique shop, a nice cozy restaurant in the corner called Farina, a fancy supermarket called "Citymarket" next door., a pharmacy, flower shops, a typical mercado around the corner, Starbucks coffee shop within a block and all this neighborhood is surrounding by trees and nice houses and only 2 blocks walking to Reforma Avenue and business centers. If you enjoy Yoga there is a Yoga Center in the corner.
It is a ten minutes drive from Polanco and the Anthropology museum and touristic places. There is a Taxi station in the corner or you can call UBER anytime and if you rather use the metro you can walk to the nearest subway station (Metro Auditorio) is a 20 minute walk or take a bus to it on Reforma.

No parking space is available but there is a private parking lot in the corner. (Extra costs) there are parkimeters on the street that works from Monday to Friday (8:00 AM - 8:00 PM) no charge on weekends.
