We're offering a newly-redecorated double room in our Edwardian family home. The room is spacious and comfortable, there's a TV, DVD player and internet access, plus we offer shared use of our bathroom, shower room, kitchen and living areas. Linen, towels and a light breakfast are included!
The local area is full of wonderful shops, churches, pubs and a park all within easy walking distance, as are local buses which will take you to the town centre in just 10 minutes.
This is an ideal base for a couple or two friends looking to enjoy and explore the city itself or attend one of the many events in the area.
The bedroom will be located on the first floor but we'll obviously meet you and show you around upon arrival.
We have a cat! Sadly we aren't able to accomodate any pets that guests might bring along.
How to find us:
Via Rail: Wolverhampton is 1hr 50mins from London Euston or 40 minutes from Birmingham Airport with frequent, direct trains. A taxi from the station to our house should cost around £5.
Via Road: We are just a short distance from the M5 (J2) and the M6 (J10/13) - we will happily provide more specific directions nearer the time.
A beautiful home with lovely hosts! I stayed with the Watsons for a few nights in their double room and enjoyed every moment of my stay. Sue and Stan were very welcoming and I felt right at home from the start. The room itself is huge with a very comfy double bed as well as a wardrobe, dressing table and desk. The view of their beautiful garden from the room is also an added bonus! There are 2 large bathrooms for guests to use which are exceptionally clean with plenty of hot water. I would highly recommend staying with the Watsons if you are ever in the area. Thank you Sue and Stan for being such wonderful hosts! x
We had an absolute lovely stay in this warm and welcoming house. We stayed there for 5 days and we enjoyed it very much. The room was perfect. Nothing to complain about, so if you need to stop in Wolves for a few days, we higly recommend booking a room in the Edwardian house!! ;)

P.s. We miss Dusty, she was a joy :-)
James was away in Hull, and his mother Sue very capably took over the function of running the B&B.
We received a very warm welcome from Sue, with plenty of help and advice.
The house is very comfortable and clean, in an extremely quiet road. It was warm with plenty of hot water and towels. The bed was very comfortable, and we slept very well.
The breakfast was more than adequate, with plenty of cereals, toast and jams.
Would we recommend you to our friends? DEFINITELY!
Everything great! We only stopped briefly but we had a perfect stay.
The house is gorgeous, the room is big with a beautiful view on the back garden. Absolutely recommended!
What a lovely stay in a warm, welcoming home. Really comfortable bed as well! About a 20 minute walk into city centre, so really convenient.
I needed to stay in Wolverhampton to attend a family event and James's place was very conveniently located for me. His parent, Sue and Stan were very welcoming and friendly. The room is exactly as described and is very clean and comfortable as is the whole house. We had everything we required including a very nice breakfast. I would highly recommend their place to anyone looking to stay in Wolverhampton!
The house, room and area are all great as are the hosts (James' Parents). They made me feel very welcome, breakfast was also included. This is better than staying at a hotel, parking is also convenient and the hosts are very accommodating I would recommend to anyone.
Jame's place was a complete delight - the quintessential English bed and breakfast. The room was quiet and spacious. There was even a small garden in the back. James wasn't there when Neda and I were, but his parents were. They were wonderfully helpful hosts. Everything was clean and fresh - we even had a nice breakfast. We highly recommend staying in this home.
It was a pleasure to stay with the Watsons. Good communication, warm welcome on arrival, nice comfy room with a desk to complete some work. Good wifi access. Sue even did a load of washing for us. We felt very much at home and would highly recommend this bnb to anyone. We came to go to The Black Country Museum on our way to The Cotswolds and Sue's place was the perfect stopover.
It was a great pleasure to meet the Watson family and stay in their house! Having one of our greatest experience staying in a really warm, friendly home which was in excellent condition. Sue and Stan, you are truly top notch hosts! :) Thank you very much again, wish we could have stayed longer, but maybe next time? :)
