The space
Two blocks from the beach in South of Fifth, our top-floor condo has hosted guests for over 10 years and carries over 240 five-star reviews. The formula is simple: a quiet residential street of palms and art deco buildings, a free assigned garage spot in a neighborhood where parking runs steep; afternoon walks to the beach with chairs in hand, evening walks to high-end dining and shops.
Inside, the layout splits into two bedrooms and two full bathrooms, with a king in the primary, a queen in the second bedroom, and a sleeper sofa in the living room for your fifth and sixth guests. The kitchen, dining table, and living room run together in one bright space that opens to the balcony.
The condo comes stocked for the beach: four chairs, an umbrella, a cooler, sand toys, and beach towels, so your first morning starts on the sand instead of in a store. When you're back, the washer and dryer handle the towels and the AC handles the rest.
