Located in the countryside, in a quiet location and surrounded by fields, you are 2 km from the village of Mouilleron-le-Captif, 30 minutes from the sea, 45 minutes from Le Puy du Fou and 50 minutes from Nantes.
Beaupuy Park for strolls (50 hectares, 4 ponds, castle) is a 5-minute walk from the barn, as is the Les Flâneries shopping center (Hyper U, many shops).
