NOTE: Accuracy of my listing was dropped 1/2 a star due to an upgrade in the apartment furniture not shown in the pictures. The new furniture is modern style and a second 40" flat screen has been purchased for the bedroom. The photos online will be updated in the coming weeks.
DESCRIPTION / AMENITIES
Immaculately clean and nicely furnished 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom unit. Fully equipped kitchen , dining room, large living room, work / study area, high speed internet and cable. Fresh clean linens and towels, on-site coin washer and dryer. . Swimming pool.
Only one common wall shared with the neighbors . The other common wall is shared with the unit Garages. Nice front porch and landscape area in front of the bedroom window. Small walk way behind the unit with clothes lines and my unofficial assigned car parking separates the unit from the units in the next building..
Located north of downtown san jose near the airport and major freeway entrances. VTA Light Rail stops in front on complex. Nearby attractions include Great America Park, Bay 101 Casino, M8trix Casino, and San Jose Municipal Golf, Valley Fair Mall
1 Car Garage Parking Space + Street Parking.
The area is considered urban neighborhood. Unfortunately, many urban neighborhoods do not have a lot of parking, more transients, and usually higher rates of crime. However, this San Jose urban neighborhood is generally safer and cleaner than most inner city urban neighborhoods due to the Silicon Valley tech companies that flood the area. Just down the street is ebay, Cannon, and Cisco to name a few.
Guest have full access to entire apartment and common area that includes onsite laundry, pool, umbrella patio table and chairs, stainless steel BBQ grill, and clothes line to dry delicates.

I love the fact that my neighborhood is conventiently located close to the airport, VTA Light Rail Train ( accross the street), freeway entrance ( HWY 101, 880/17, and 87 within a 1/2 mile radius), close to downtown, close to major tech companies of the Silicon Valley, surrounded by hotels ( Double Tree, Holiday Inn, San Jose Airport Inn, Extended Stay America Suites) and directly behind the apartment complex is a middle school ( K1-K6) and a park ( Rosemary Park).
Very easy to get around. Light rail station is directly across the street from the apartment. You can catch the light rail headed North or South. The Airport is 3 stop lights away where you can find dozen of rental car companies.
Other Things to Note
7 Eleven and Dennys are accross the street. To the right side of the apartment complex is a Benihana like teppanyaki restaurant ( House of Genji), an authentic Chinese Cathay Seafood Restaurant; on the left side of the apartment is Wells Fargo Bank, and up the street is the new M8TRIX Casino offering late night dinning, bar service, and gaming tables.
Leave the place clean. No smoking inside. No drugs.
Respect the common area, surrounding properties, and tenant neighbors.
Our stay at Robert’s place has been great! The apartment has everything one needs during vacations (internet, TV, cooker, laundry, etc.). The place was very clean and organised. There’s also a nice pool in the residence with free access. Also, Robert’s place has an air cooling system and that has been awesome especially for the very hot summer days in San Jose.
The Light Train passes right in front of the residence (no noise though), and there are also restaurants and a Seven Eleven within 3-5 min of walking. The Light Train gives access to down-town San Jose, malls, stores, amusement/theme park and the Caltrain station.
Robert has been of great help for us during and after our stay and he has been readily available at literally any hour! He has been our first AirBnB contact and we couldn’t have found anyone better! We’re grateful and we thank Robert for that!
Good place to stay. surroundings are a bit loud but it is to be expected at this location.
Very good location -- easy to get to multiple freeways, light rail, seven eleven and Denny's diner are just a short walk from the apartment. San Jose Japantown a very short drive from there, for all the sushi lovers.
The apartment was very clean and cozy. I'd say that bathroom might need a little upkeep, but that was not an issue.
Robert was very prompt and attentive.
Robert made my very first airbnb experience absolutely perfect! I frequently visit San Jose for business trip and now I know where to stay :)
Robert is very kind and he answered all my questions super fast. Place is clean and cozy. Light Rail is right in front of the apartment - very easy to roam around the town.
We took apartment for a week and it was beyond our expectations. It is well organised, very clean, great location near highways, SJ airport, malls and food.
It is large enough for a couple+, it has all amenities you can think of, good wifi, cables, garage and more.
The only 2 tiny elements we had is some noise that is coming from the street (but didn't disturb to sleep), and the shower that needs some list up, but yet not a real issue.
