The space
Nestled at the base of the San Francisco Peaks, just a few minutes drive to the turn-off for Snowbowl Ski Area. The house backs to the State Forest. Soak in the hot tub while enjoying the incredible mountain views. The wrap-around porch provides beautiful views in every direction. The Sunsets from the front deck are world-class! Enjoy the warmth of the sun on your face while cool, crisp mountain air surrounds you. The property is on five acres of beauty with a large fenced-in yard, perfect for the kids to go out to play in. Wildlife is everywhere! Elk, deer, prairie dogs, bunny rabbits, and we are still looking for a bigfoot! Nestled in the middle of a 5-acres 5-bedroom home is ideal for relaxing vacations. Hiking trails are all around without the crowds. The smell of pine in the air! Go for an isolated walk in the state forest land that backs up to the property. Soak in the hot tub & listen to the sound of the wind whispering through the leaves. There is plenty to do inside!

Guest access
There are two lovely homes on the property that you will have complete private access to. The main home has 4 bedrooms two en-suite bedrooms upstairs and two main level has bedrooms, and bathroom. The carriage house has a downstairs bedroom with a private bath, the dramatic loft has stellar mountain views and a massive play area. Lounge and watch old movies, catch up on some work in the desk area or have cocktails and play pool!

Other things to note
Snow! YES! This is what we all love and remember that ice can be slippery, snow can be wet, and roads should be traversed carefully in vehicles that are appropriate. Although there are no direct steep hills to the property, please keep safety at the front of your thoughts. Throw snowballs, just not at your cousins....Kidding!

We are so excited to be able to share this tremendous location with all of our guests. The pristine beauty of the mountains you can gaze at from so many places within and without the home is truly remarkable. Meandering through the gate by the jacuzzi takes you on a direct path to the majestic pine tree forest in our back yard, the moment you enter into the tree line the scent of the pine trees and the natural quiet of the forest will engulf your senses with AHHHHH!
