El Barrio de Palermo es el más grande de Buenos Aires y nuestro sector es el mas "trendy" de todos. Nunca van a faltar opciones para comprar objetos de diseño, ropa y restaurants con todo tipo de comida. Plazas, espacios verdes, bici-senda (a 1 cuadra).

Other Things to Note
The street door and the apartment door shoul always be closed with the key.
The lights, airconditioning and heating should always be turned off when leaving the department.
We had a great stay at Carlos apartment. We rented the apartment for 1 month and everything worked perfectly. Carlos was very friendly and helpful in any case.
The place is perfectly located in the best area of Palermo, bars, cafes, restaurants and clubs are very close. Especially one of the best restaurants in town (Don Julio) is only 5min away.
We would defintetly rent it again and can only recommend it to everyone who is looking for a stay in Buenos Aires.
Best spot indeed! Everything you'll need is nearby: currency exchange, supermarket, subte, restaurants, plazas, 24/7 kioscos... the balcony has an incredible view amongst the trees and the rooftop allows you to see a nice range of buenos aires. It's also possible to have a barbecue up there, which is an incredible experience (we went there twice).
My tip is to go to Nicaragua between Thames and Borges (very close to the house) and look for La Bicicleta Naranja: they rent bikes for an affordable price, which is amazing to get to know the neighbourhood, the Zoo, the Japanese Garden, the Plaza de las Heras and even to watch a breath taking sunset near the Fishermen's Club.
Buenos Aires siempre va a estar en mi corazón, cómo también ese departamento donde tuvimos momentos inolvidables.
Muito obrigado, Carlos!
Carlos gave me very helpful advice about all sorts of things I neede to know to stay in Buenos Aries for a month. The apartment is in a very safe area at all hours. There is a wonderful Botanical park and Zoo within easy walking distance where there is also access to the underground metro system and money machines. There are also very many nice coffee shops close by and restaurants, vegetable sellers mini marts and a supermarket. So it is very convenient. There is a very good store a few doors away where local handicrafts are sold by someone who can explain a lot about them in English. The apartment never runs out of hot water. And there are fabulous trees on both sides of the street that seem to keep their leaves all year round.
Really cosy appt in a calm neighborhood. At the same time it is close to bars, restaurants and many shops and Place Italie is a 5 min. walk away. The Wifi was also a plus. Carlos is a quite relaxed host who always organized things like previously arranged. Good value for money.
Carlos was absolutely right - this really is the best spot! It is so close to many shops, restaurants, bars and cafes. The apartment was cozy and clean and perfect for my sister and I. The living room is decorated nicely, the bathroom clean, the room well lit and comfortable, and the terrace is nice to have a glass of wine. The towel warmer in the bathroom was also a plus! Carlos was very patient with me during my first time booking through AirBnB, took the time to go through everything with us upon arrival and to make sure to answer any questions we had. We accidentally left some food items there and Carlos was willing to accommodate us in retrieving the items. When I visit Argentina again, I would definitely love to stay there again!
Nice appt in a cosy neighborhood. It was a pleasure to enjoy Argentinian BBQ on the roof of the building.
We regret that the pool was out of order and we weren't informed before our stay. Also the towels and the sheets were dirty. I think for the price we paid, the could be newest. We will see for our next stay an other option.
About the Host, Carlos
I'm an architect, in love with the city, and of traveling. I'm Venezuelan and I've been living in Buenos Aires a while now, and I guarantee you, surprises never end. We love traveling so we know what people need when they need a place to stay. I love living in Palermo because of my career so linked to design and arts. One of our family hobbies is to walk around the neighborhood and check out everything there is to see. You always find something new, clothing, art galleries, decoration bazaars.
Hope you enjoy your staying.
