The Coastal Cottage Studio is located in a quaint Santa Barbara neighborhood up the street from the beach. Enjoy your stay in a newly renovated studio complete with private patio, garden, brand new furniture and Queen Bed. The Cottage Studio is a 10 min walk to the beach, harbor and local seafood restaurants. It is an ideal location, close to downtown, the Santa Barbara Wharf, local wineries and the newly popular Funk Zone.

The space
Due to the recent COVID-19 virus this rental is cleaned and disinfected to all CDC recommended standards.

Private Guesthouse studio is located in the back of our property. It comes with 1 off street parking spot and a private entrance. We live on site year round so we are available for any questions or concerns. This is a two person studio. You may bring a baby or small child if you provide your own bed. We also allow dogs for a pet fee of $50. We are a family with 2 young children. You may sometimes hear them playing outside. Quiet Hours are 9pm-7am

We live in a charming neighborhood up the street from the beach. It is very safe and makes for a nice evening or morning walk.
